Tom Roberts’ Page 2 column for Jan. 6 notes that CD and DVD copies of the Hans Küng event in Phoenix are available through Living the Questions. However, the address given for that organization contained errors. The correct address is: Living the Questions, 5501 N. 7th Ave., PMB 733, Phoenix AZ 85013.

In the Dec. 23 article headlined “How corporate, how Catholic?” among the groups supporting the continuing the tax-exempt status of the Provena Covenant Medical Center of Urbana, Ill., the American Hospital Association should have been listed. The American Health Association should not have been listed.

In the Spirituality section of the Dec. 16 issue, Robert Allen, a participant in PEN’s Prison Writing Program, was quoted as saying, “I believe my poetry is from God, and that writing is what God wants me to do.” The article had Allen’s last name wrong. His poem, “The Highest Power,” also had Allen’s last name wrong.

The Dec. 9 appreciation of Patty Crowley named the wrong religious order for Fr. Louis Putz. A priest of the Congregation of Holy Cross on the faculty of the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind., Putz, was an early advocate of Catholic lay action for social change, and, with Pat and Patty Crowley, was influential in founding the Christian Family Movement.
