Variations on a theme

A glitch in our editorial e-mail system sent an incorrect automated response to contributors who submitted articles on the theme of “Revenge.” The deadline for that topic was listed as Oct. 15. We are extending the deadline to Oct. 31.

Please include your name, city and state, mailing address, phone number and e-mail address, and keep your submissions to 375 words or less. We reserve the right to edit all submissions.
