CLINIC ADMINISTRATOR Position in Haiti-We are seeking applicants for a position as a full-time Administrator to lead a new outpatient clinic in a modern facility in southwest Haiti. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR -- The International Catholic Stewardship Council, Washington, D.C. Founded in 1962, the ICSCl promotes the concept of Christian stewardship presented as not simply an appeal for funds, but a way of life. Through our seminars, publications and conference programs, the ICSC provides practical steps for increasing stewardship at the diocesan and parish levels, with the goal of providing a stable financial base for parishes and dioceses and empowering Catholics to live as Christian stewards as a means of thanksgiving to God. Presently, we seek a visionary and energetic individual to manage and direct the day-to-day activities of the ICSC. Reporting to the President, the Executive Director will be primarily responsible for: Establishing strategic goals and objectives, overseeing daily operations and activities of the organization and preparing and administering a $1.8 mm annual budget; Developing relationships with Catholic dioceses and parishes by soliciting their active membership and participation in ICSC; Oversee the marketing of all ICSC programs, projects and publications; Representing the ICSC to governmental, secular, and ecumenical organizations that relate to the purpose of ICSC; Developing and fostering relationships with other national Catholic organizations. Education/Experience: Master’s degree (M. A.) in Theology or related Church Management degree or equivalent; or seven to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Religious Requirement: Must be a practicing Roman Catholic who upholds the teaching and traditions of the Catholic Church and who possesses a sound working knowledge of the Catholic faith and Church hierarchy (Priest or Religious must have the appropriate permissions, including the endorsement of his or her local Ordinary).
