The e-mail address for Dorothy Irvin’s yearly calendar of illustrations of women priests and deacons in the early church is irvincalendar@hotmail.com. It was listed incorrectly in the Aug. 3 Letters column.

By discussing Westminster Abbey in her story her story on English cathedrals (“Centuries of inspiration” in the Destinations section of the July 20 issue), Patricia Lefevere suggested that it is one of London’s cathedrals. It is, as its name indicates, an abbey. It is Anglican.

The Catholic cathedrals in London are Westminster Cathedral and Southwark (pronounced Suthak) Cathedral, also known as St. George’s Cathedral, which is in a part of London called Southwark. There is also an Anglican cathedral called Southwark.
